Austin Varco

“Hi, my name is Austin and I’m a 25-year-old American racing driver from San Diego, CA. I compete in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, driving the Special Needz Coffee #2 Dodge RAM, and race in the Spec Miata Challenge Series and World Racing League endurance events, including in the #38 and #83 Palomar Racing BMW M3 entries.”

NdS  Ambassador

We’re proud to introduce Austin Varco as our Neurodiverse Sport Auto Racing Ambassador. Our ambassador programme is designed to amplify voices like Austin’s—athletes who show that having a neurodivergent brain doesn’t mean you can’t succeed at the highest levels of sport. When you understand yourself and find the right formula, performance and progress are absolutely possible.

Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, Austin competes in professional racing series including NASCAR, endurance racing, and international events like the FIA BRSCC MX-5 Championship. He brings precision, discipline, and a deep love for motorsport to everything he does—while using his platform to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and build a more inclusive sporting culture.

Austin’s story is one of data-driven drive, resilience, and redefining what success looks like.
