A woman with curly brown hair, wearing glasses, a septum piercing, and a piercing below her lower lip, is outdoors in a park. She is smiling, wearing a black shirt, and pink pants. She is showing her arm to display a girly-blue scrunchie with black polka dots wrapped around her wrist.

Rhiannon Cooper

Rhiannon Cooper is a Personal Trainer, Podcast Host, Content Creator, and the Founder of Not So Typical. She specialises in supporting neurodivergent people and those with anxiety to begin their health and fitness journey with confidence. Alongside this, Rhiannon advocates for greater inclusion and accessibility for neurodivergent people within fitness and business.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, Rhiannon understands what it means to grow up feeling different, unable to fit in, and not knowing why, and the lasting impact this can have into adulthood. Her work focuses on transforming environments that often feel inaccessible, ensuring others don’t face the same barriers she has.

Her advocacy has taken her to international stages, including participating in the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women and receiving a bursary to attend ISAPA in Kerry, Ireland. Whether through her podcast, online community, or work in the gym, Rhiannon’s mission is clear: to empower people to show up authentically and find strength in who they are.
