NdS AMBASSADOR - MOLLIE KNAGGS .

Introduction

We’re proud to feature Mollie Knaggs as a Neurodiverse Sport Ambassador. Mollie is a professional pickleball player, sports psychology coach, and proudly autistic athlete using her platform to inspire the next generation of players—especially women and girls.

Having transitioned from tennis to pickleball after injury, Mollie quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the UK’s top players. She’s won major titles including the APP English Open and European Finals, all while building a community around confidence, inclusion, and mindset. Whether on court, coaching others, or caring for animals at her local sanctuary, Mollie brings compassion, creativity, and quiet strength to everything she does.

Interests & Fun Facts

“I find joy in caring for animals—especially cows, my favourite.

I often visit a local animal sanctuary to relax and recharge.

I also love spending time with my French bulldog, meditating before matches, and listening to country music.

Oh, and I have to wear a bow in my hair when I compete—or I just won’t win!”

About Me

“I’m Mollie Knaggs, a professional pickleball player and sports psychology coach, passionate about helping athletes thrive on and off the court. Through performance support and mindset coaching, I empower players to win, grow, and reach their full potential.

After transitioning from tennis due to injury, I discovered pickleball and fell in love with the sport. In just my first year competing, I won gold at the English Open and now travel internationally to test myself against top players. I also run the UK’s first performance pickleball academy and lead female-focused events that make space for confidence, growth, and community.”

Neurodiversity, Women & Girls

“For me, sport is more than competition—it’s about connection and inspiration. I play to show young girls that there are no limits.”

“If you truly want something and believe in yourself, nothing can stand in your way.”
